THE FIRESIDE LOUNGE
The Fireside Lounge offers a warm and intimate atmosphere, ideal for groups of 7-12 guests. With cozy lounge seating around a flickering fire feature, this space is perfect for a relaxed gathering. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, this semi-private area is ideal for mingling in a tranquil, outdoor setting. Limited A/V capabilities are available.

RARE SAINT ROOM
A sophisticated semi-private enclave conveying a sense of seclusion, the Rare Saint Room accommodates up to 10 guests. Designed with a boardroom-style table, this space also features a flat-screen TV for any audiovisual needs. Overlooking the main bar, it is partitioned by a striking display of our signature Rare Saint Whiskey, blending style and privacy for a truly memorable experience.

THE CONSERVATORY
A secluded semi-private area, The Conservatory offers an inviting mix of booths and tables for up to 18 seated guests. With bi-folding doors that brings the outdoors in, this space offers the perfect setting for a private gathering with an open, airy dining experience. The Conservatory can be combined with additional private or semi-private spaces for larger events. Limited A/V capabilities are available.

THE GATSBY
The Gatsby is an intimate, semi-private corner within the Solarium. With a mix of booths and tables, this space accommodates up to 18 guests in style and comfort. With a partition providing privacy and sophistication, additional private or semi-private spaces can be booked to cater to larger parties. Limited A/V capabilities are available.

THE EMBER LOUNGE
The Ember Lounge is an intimate semi-private retreat centered around our double-sided fireplace, providing a cozy ambiance for up to 18 seated guests. With a mix of half booths and tables, this cozy spot is perfect for casual yet sophisticated gatherings. Limited A/V capabilities are available.

THE VAULT
At the heart of the Solarium, The Vault offers an exclusive, private space perfect for up to 22 guests. This intimate area is designed with a blend of booths and tables, and features bi-folding doors that open to expansive views of the outdoors. For larger groups, additional private or semi-private spaces within the Solarium can be combined to accommodate your needs. Limited A/V capabilities are available.

THE GREYHOUND
The Greyhound is a dynamic, open-air retreat offering seating for 52 guests, with additional space for cocktail receptions. It is heated and enclosed, offering year-round versatility. Overlooking the vibrant Rangeline Road and the beautiful interior of our dining room, it's an ideal setting for your next event. Limited A/V capabilities are available.

THE SOLARIUM
The Solarium provides a statuesque dining space with bi-folding doors that create an open, airy ambiance, connecting the dining room to the bustling streets of downtown Carmel. Offering a variety of booth and table configurations for up to 58 guests, this adaptable space can be partitioned into three distinct areas. For larger events, the Solarium can be expanded to include the Fireside Lounge. The space offers limited A/V capabilities.
